Location: Agile (Forth Banks and Home Working)
Salary Range: Band 7, £27,915 - £30,375
 
The role

We have an excellent opportunity to join our team as a People Systems Coordinator. 
 
This role provides comprehensive maintenance and configuration services for the People Services core systems and associated business processes to ensure the relevant timeliness and accuracy of workforce data is always guaranteed.
 
What will I be doing?
 
You will configure and manage force wide databases to enable accurate control of workforce data, produce, and analyse data reports and ensure accurate information is available to support decision making and planning activities. In addition, you will facilitate the development and improvement of People Services core systems and processes.
 
Working as part of a team you will manage demanding priorities and use high levels of judgement to coordinate the necessary system updates.
 
What do I need?
 
You will liaise with other teams where necessary to ensure core systems are accurately maintained therefore, you must be an effective communicator, have a keen eye for detail and be flexible in your approach to work. 
 
You will demonstrate analytical capability when considering and challenging information. To ensure your success knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is essential, especially Microsoft Excel.
