Provide a range of administrative and support services to effectively support the operational work and business planning of the Business Services Department and allocated Area Command/Department by effectively and efficiently managing information securely.
What you’ll do
• Supporting other colleagues with general queries
• Using our computer system and database ensuring information is logged correctly
• Supporting with uniform ordering, stationary orders, assigning lockers and ID Cards
• Maintain computerised and paper-based records, undertaking support and clerical functions required to internal customers
• Handling, recording, and arranging appropriate items & information in compliance with Health & Safety guidelines

Terms of appointment
