Hours/Contract: (0.6 FTE) 22.2 hours per week / 3 days (Wednesday – Friday)  Part-time Permanent

Provide a range of administrative and support services to effectively support the operational work and business planning of the Business Services Department and allocated Area Command/Department by effectively and efficiently managing information securely. 
 
What you’ll do

 

Supporting other colleagues with general queries
Using our computer system and database ensuring information is logged correctly
Supporting with uniform ordering, stationary orders, assigning lockers and ID Cards
Maintain computerised and paper-based records, undertaking support and clerical functions required to internal customers
Handling, recording, and arranging appropriate items & information in compliance with Health & Safety guidelines
