As a Chief Superintendent in Northumbria you will form part of a cohesive management team who develop our thinking. You will shape our service delivery and wider transformation programme. Responsible for leading our people through the implementation of a new Force Operating Model you will ensure teams are supported and feel valued throughout. The wellbeing of our people will be your primary focus.
You will thrive on cultivating meaningful and effective partnerships within the community and beyond and will contribute to the strategic agenda for innovation and collaboration. The region plays host to a number of significant public events throughout the year. This will give you with the opportunity to develop your operational expertise as a Gold Commander and enhance your skills in a range of testing scenarios. You will do this with a clear focus on vulnerability and achieving the best outcome for victims of crime.
