The Role:
Are you enthusiastic about the delivery and improvement of digital services? Are you looking for your next challenge? Would you like to join a growing Digital Policing team and support our #TeamNP colleagues to deliver an outstanding policing service?

You will proactively build and maintain relationships with colleagues across Digital Policing, working as one team to deliver an outstanding digital service.

You will use your communication skills to work with colleagues and 3rd party suppliers, to support the successful rollout and adoption of newly introduced services and technology.

A demonstrable passion for customer service and improving services.
Experience in planning, managing and prioritising your own workload.
An understanding of ITIL Service Management practices and processes.

Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Experience of delivering solutions in a technical environment.
