What skills will I need?

·         Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload

·         The ability to problem-solve and use your initiative when the need arises

·         You’ll need to be self-motivated and able to work independently

·         Good communication skills both written and verbal

·         The confidence to use ICT equipment and software
